After my morning activation of Spion Kopje I headed around to Gentle Annie VK3/VT-078.
I have activated this summit back in 2013 and 2014.
The weather had warmed up and it was about 29 degrees in the sun. I have previously driven to the top of this summit but the track was in no condition for my RAV4 today so I had to walk it. It was a tough walk up as this is not a gentle hill, despite the name.
I made 13 QSOs all on 40m before heading back to the car for a cool drink.
