I have been slowly getting some more parts on the main board and I am nearly ready to apply some power.
I have wound the four transformers and placed everything except the 0.1 uF ceramics and 220 ohm resistors which I am waiting to arrive from Futurlec, and the two inductors L4 and L5. I could have got the parts from a local supplier but my son was ordering some parts so I tacked my missing parts on to his order.
It should be here any day now. I am waiting until I get the unit powered before I wind the inductors so I can peak them in circuit rather than out.
I got a little confused placing the trifilar wound transformers on the board as there are less holes than wires but I think I have got it right. I guess I will find out when I apply power.
